Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Specialist (individual contributor) at Aerotech
Stack/tools: Quality Management System (QMS); calibration database; CAPA process; internal/external audits; KPI monitoring; familiarity with JIRA or similar process control system
Promote QA awareness and ensure adherence to QMS across all departments
Manage calibration process: database, scheduling, documentation, data analysis, and on-site calibration coordination
Support QA leadership/Quality Engineers with CAPA activities, internal/registrar/customer audits, continual improvement, and KPI analysis
Understanding of QA principles and methodologies
Effective communication (in-person, remote, written)
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Ability to learn/use JIRA or similar systems
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
0–3 years QA/manufacturing/engineering experience
Experience with internal and supplier audits, CAPA processes, or continuous improvement
United States-based; must be authorized to work without employer sponsorship (no visa sponsorship)
Office/manufacturing environment; potential extended siting, occasional after-hours work, and travel as needed
