THE WORK
Define and implement test strategies for complex projects, ensuring quality across all phases of delivery. Lead and mentor testing team, driving best practices in automation, performance, and functional testing. Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to align testing with project goals. Manage defect tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with our standards and client requirements.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Here’s What You’ll Need
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong knowledge of test management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).

Experience in Agile delivery environments. Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages. Knowledge of performance and security testing. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
