Role & seniority: Technical n8n Automation Engineer (hands-on, client-facing; bridge between technical systems and non-technical founders; high ownership in a fast-moving environment)
Stack/tools: n8n; JavaScript code/nodes; APIs, webhooks; CRMs, Airtable, Google Sheets; databases; SaaS tools; data ingestion, enrichment, syncing
Design, build, optimize, and maintain production-grade n8n workflows across sales, operations, onboarding, and internal processes
Run daily client-facing sessions (troubleshooting, guidance, implementation support) and translate business needs into actionable automation
Integrate tools and data flows (APIs, webhooks, data syncing) and ensure workflows are documented, scalable, and reliable
Strong hands-on experience with n8n
Solid understanding of automation logic, APIs, and webhooks
Ability to write and debug JavaScript within automation tools
Experience building scalable workflows; comfortable with multiple tools/systems; clear client communication
Experience with Airtable, CRMs, or data-heavy workflows
Exposure to AI/LLM integrations
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or technical support for founders/non-technical clients
