Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our digital products for the re/insurance industry meet the highest standards. You’ll help us build robust testing frameworks, automate test pipelines, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.

Your key responsibilities

Design and develop automated testing frameworks for web and data-driven applications. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery. Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define test strategies. Perform performance, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Monitor and continuously improve test coverage and quality metrics.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in software testing or software development with a strong testing focus. Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Pytest, Playwright, or similar). Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language. Experience with CI/CD environments and version control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab). Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservice architectures is a plus. Fluent in English
