Design and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for new and legacy products across design, production, and sustainment
Develop automated and manual test setups, fixtures, and scripts; analyze test data and identify root causes
Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, ensure compliance with standards, document results, and drive continuous improvement; support pilot and ramp-up; provide design feedback to improve testability and robustness
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
5–7+ years in a test, product, or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in test automation and traceability to requirements
Hands-on experience with test equipment; strong analytical/debugging skills (DOE, 5-Whys, etc.)
Familiarity with configuration/issue tracking tools (Git, Jira); basic SQL/Excel data analysis
Experience in mechatronics, robotics, or mechanical interface testing
Product lifecycle support from development through sustainment

Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00 Is this role subject to ITAR?
