Role & seniority: Senior Test Engineer (5–7+ years in test/product/manufacturing environments)
Stack/tools: Test design traceability; automation: C#, C++, LabVIEW, Python; test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, DAQ, environmental chambers); data analysis (SQL, Excel); reporting; configuration/issue tracking (Git, Jira)
Design and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for new and legacy products
Develop automated/manual test setups and analyze data to identify root causes and drive improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, manufacturing, service) and document results; ensure standards compliance and support continuous process improvement
Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
5–7+ years in a test/product/manufacturing environment
Strong test design with requirements traceability and pass/fail criteria
Proficiency in test automation (C#, C++, LabVIEW, Python)
Hands-on with test equipment; analytical/problem-solving (DOE, 5-Whys, Pareto, fishbone)
Familiarity with Git/Jira; SQL/Excel for data analysis; lab safety and quality standards
Experience in mechatronics, robotics, or mechanical interface testing
