Job Description

• We are looking for a Mid-Level AI & Automation Engineer to build and maintain AI-powered workflows, LLM-based systems, and platform integrations that support our sales, marketing, and internal operations.
• This role focuses on practical AI implementation turning LLMs and automations into reliable, production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• AI / LLM Engineering

• Implement and maintain LLM-based features (chatbots, assistants, summarization, enrichment)

• Assist in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

• Work with LangChain or LangGraph to develop agent workflows

• Support multi-agent setups using CrewAI

• Optimize prompts, retrieval quality, and response accuracy

• Implement basic evaluation and monitoring for AI outputs

• Automation & Integration Engineering

• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n

Integrate AI workflows with

• WhatsApp APIs
• Zoho CRM
• Email platforms
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Implement webhook-based and event-driven automations
• Handle API integrations, authentication, retries, and error handling
• Maintain data flow consistency across tools and platforms
• Apollo
• LinkedIn

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software or AI-related engineering roles

• Strong Python skills

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth

• Experience or strong familiarity with LLMs

• Basic experience with LangChain or LangGraph

• Experience using n8n or similar automation tools

• Comfortable working with JSON, async workflows, and data pipelines

• Experience with email automation at scale

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

• Nice-to-Have

• Experience with CrewAI, LangGraph, or LangChain

• Experience scraping or enriching data responsibly

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator workflows

• Familiarity with Google Maps data extraction

• Understanding of outbound sales funnels and GTM workflows
