The Role We are seeking a highly technical, bleeding-edge Lead AI Automation Engineer to completely supercharge our internal operations. You will be our resident AI expert, tasked with integrating the latest models into our daily workflows, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and building custom AI agents for various departments. Key Responsibilities
Workflow Automation: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation workflows across multiple departments (customer service, inventory management, marketing, fulfillment and more).
Website Optimization & A/B Testing: Leverage AI to analyze traffic, generate dynamic site optimizations, and run continuous A/B tests to increase e-commerce conversion rates.
Process Engineering: Audit existing internal processes and replace manual bottlenecks with efficient, scalable AI agents and scripts.
Continuous Integration: Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the daily shifts in the AI landscape. Test and implement new models, prompt engineering techniques, and coding frameworks the moment they drop.
Technical Collaboration: Work alongside existing technical infrastructure (Python, PostgreSQL) to ensure AI tools integrate seamlessly with our proprietary inventory and operational software.
