Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software products. Conduct the testing efforts for software projects, ensuring thorough test coverage and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software. Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently. Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency. Leverage AI tools to conduct thorough testing and quality assurance, enhancing test coverage and accuracy while efficiently identifying potential defects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with experience in manual testing and QA automation. Solid experience in writing test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and others Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into the build process. Experience in API testing, including tools like Postman or SoapUI. Working knowledge of SQL and experience testing Databases Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with cloud-based testing environments and tools. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Experience with mobile application testing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
