Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The QA Engineer will work closely with development and product teams to design test strategies, identify defects, and improve overall software quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Perform manual and automated testing of web and/or mobile applications Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes Execute regression, functional, integration, and performance testing Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices Validate deployments and releases in staging and production environments Prepare test reports, metrics, and documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC Experience with manual testing techniques Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing Understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience testing cloud-based applications QA or testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE)
