Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Perform manual testing and support automated testing initiatives Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues Validate software releases against business and technical requirements Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practices Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Tester Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages Experience testing APIs and backend services Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or cloud platforms What We Offer Competitive salary aligned with the Australian market Flexible working arrangements Supportive and collaborative team culture
