Salary: $83,700/yr
Role & seniority: Operational Technology (OT) Engineer; experienced/advanced level; site-based role with leadership in OT strategy and digital transformation.
Stack/tools: OT systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, BMS, WCS), IT/OT assets lifecycle, MES/LIMS/LES, Data Historians, ERP, PLM; cybersecurity (patching, access management, firewalls, monitoring); virtualization (VMs), networks (VLANs, AD), OT documentation.
Oversee OT cybersecurity compliance and OT infrastructure management at the manufacturing site.
Manage full IT/OT asset lifecycle, incident coordination, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
Develop and implement disaster recovery, business continuity, site resilience, and OT strategy aligned with business priorities.
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
5+ years OT system design/service delivery; 3+ years OT infrastructure design, software engineering, or OT security.
Proficiency with DCS/PLC/BMS/WCS; experience with OT environments (DCS, SCADA, IoT); cybersecurity in OT; virtualization and networking (VMs, VLANs, firewalls, AD).
Project management experience (planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk/issue management).
Experience with MES/LIMS/ERP/PLM; GICSP or similar cybersecurity certifications.
Hands-on with OT/enterprise integrations and documentation maintenance.

Pay Range for this position: $83,700/yr -$125,500 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
