Role & seniority: OT & Automation Engineer; mid-level manufacturing-focused role reporting to Regional Digitalization and Automation Lead.
Stack/tools: MES; QMS, PLCs, SCADA, Data Historians, CMMS, computer vision; OT programming (Python, JavaScript, C#); SQL (queries, stored procedures); OT integration (OPC, MQTT); REST APIs; OPC servers/data tags; cloud-based data analytics/reports.
Drive MES topics regionally and translate manufacturing requirements into projects to improve MES and digital manufacturing.
Lead workshops with sites and stakeholders to document complex manufacturing requirements.
Develop, deploy, and support manufacturing systems and OT integrations (including QMS, PLCs, SCADA, data historians, OT-ERP interfaces).
Must-have skills: Bachelor’s in engineering/computer science/Industrial Technology; 3–5 years in manufacturing supporting operations technology; project management (requirements, budgets, timelines); strong OT programming (Python/JS/C#); SQL and complex queries; OT standards (OPC, MQTT); REST API integrations.
Nice-to-haves: Cloud data analytics/reporting; experience with data tagging and OPC servers; experience in OT-to-enterprise integrations; experience with vision or data-driven manufacturing improvements.

Reporting to the Regional Digitalization and Automation Lead, join our team as we further digitalize our manufacturing facility. The Digital Manufacturing Engineer will drive MES topics in the region and have a background in manufacturing operations to translate requirements into projects to improve the Manufacturing Execution System. We partner directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Distribution partners for standard product, designed-in value-added products, and Product Development initiatives.

Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location) This role is eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus.
