The impact you’ll make
Designing and implementing a company-wide test strategy, architecture, and processes that ensure quality at every stage Embedding quality early in the development lifecycle by promoting a Shift-Left Testing mindset Leading and scaling test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Postman Owning and overseeing end-to-end testing, including performance, security, and regression testing Mentoring engineers to become quality champions within their teams Defining and integrating Quality Gates into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions Exploring and adopting emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing, contract testing, mutation testing Establishing and tracking quality metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement
Key competencies
