As a Senior AI Data & Automation Engineer, you will work hands-on to design and build solutions that turn operational and customer data into intelligent workflows and insights.

Our Revolutionize AI Team exists to explore and develop new capabilities together with our customers — combining innovation, data science, and practical automation to make work flow in smarter ways. You’ll collaborate closely with business and technical teams, translating real-world data and needs into repeatable, AI-powered solutions that create tangible impact.

What will you do? Collaborate directly with customers to understand information needs and available data sources. Design scalable AI-powered data solutions that provide repeatable, high-quality answers to complex business questions. Build and deploy automation workflows and intelligent data agents across platforms such as Python, ServiceNow, and Azure AI. Implement solutions based on insights and recommendations generated through your own analysis. Combine structured and unstructured data into meaningful insights through analysis and experimentation. Industrialize data-to-insight workflows and deliver reusable dashboards, notebooks, or APIs that accelerate automation scale. Work dynamically and creatively in a fast-moving environment, exploring emerging AI approaches like vector search, RAG, and grounded models. Collaborate cross-functionally with experts and customers in an entrepreneurial way, helping shape new service capabilities for Plat4mation.

We ask

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, data handling, and API integration.
• Experience working with AI frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain).
• Comfortable designing and developing automation flows using n8n, ServiceNow Flow Designer, or Azure Logic Apps.
• Ability to understand the structure and meaning of different data sources quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to translate ideas into working prototypes and products.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern search and data technologies (ElasticSearch, vector databases, Azure AI Search).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus: knowledge of front-end or back-end frameworks and familiarity with MLOps concepts.
