Salary: USD 70,000–110,000 per year
Role & seniority: CMM Programming – Quality Engineer (mid-to-senior level)
Stack/tools: PC-DMIS programming; CMM equipment operation; GD&T interpretation; inspection planning and data analysis; ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, AS1300 quality systems; CAPA/QMS processes
Develop, validate, and optimize PC-DMIS programs for in-process and final inspections
Support first article inspections, PPAPs, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Engineering/Manufacturing to resolve dimensional/quality issues and maintain compliance and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent manufacturing/aviation experience
5–10 years in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering; ≥3 years in Aerospace/Aviation
Proficiency with PC-DMIS, CMMs, GD&T, inspection planning, data analysis, and quality systems (ISO/AS standards)
Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced team
Nice-to-haves: Experience with FAI/PPAP, NPI support, CAPA leadership, process improvement projects, and familiarity with COPQ reduction
Location & work type: Multiple facilities (manufacturing environment); full-time, on-site position within G.S. Precision’s four-location operation (Aerospace/Defense)
