Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements. Participate in the review and improvement of test processes and methodologies and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and compliance specialists to understand eKYC requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attend daily stand-up meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to sprint retrospectives. Is an integral part of the SDLC process by creating/approving TER(test execution report) for production deployments. Keep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to improve overall testing quality. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., AML, GDPR, local regulations).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
