Responsibilities: Design and develop manual test cases to test multiple applications in the Managed Solutions tribe domain Participate in the review and improvement of test processes and methodologies and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with the Product Owner and business analysts to review and analyze requirements and create test scenarios and/or update existing test cases Coordinating test activities with vendor, IT, and business users across countries and time zones Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attend daily stand-up meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to sprint retrospectives.
