Role & seniority: Mobile Test Automation Engineer (mid-level) within an Agile team.
Stack/tools: Appium (Android/iOS), Selenium-Java, BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin), Java, Git, Jenkins, Maven; CI/CD integration; ISTQB knowledge; cloud platforms; real & virtual devices.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile apps; create test plans, cases, and data for functional and non-functional testing.
Execute automated tests, analyze results, report defects with replication steps; integrate automation into CI/CD.
Debug/troubleshoot automation scripts; ensure framework scalability, reliability, and maintain documentation.
Hands-on mobile testing experience (Android & iOS); strong Java, Selenium-Java, Appium, and BDD (Gherkin) skills.
Experience in CI/CD integration; good knowledge of testing standards (ISTQB); fluent English; Dutch or French plus.
Collaborative, proactive, and capable of thriving in an Agile/scrum environment.
Cloud platforms experience; additional tooling (TestNG), Maven; experience with real & virtual devices; familiarity with QA processes and test data management.
Location & work type: Belgium-based, permanent, full-time; open to candidates seeking 80% or 90% work arrangements.
