We're looking for a mobile test automation expert to join our client's dynamic team, where you will play an essential role in a transformative Agile environment. In this position, you'll help shape the future of digital solutions tailored for enterprise clients, working in a multi-disciplinary squad responsible for end-to-end product development. With a focus on delivering quality applications, you'll have the opportunity to work on both front-end mobile applications and back-end cloud systems.
Responsibilities
Monitoring product and code quality throughout the development lifecycle. Contributing to the creation of a feature test plan and defining test scope. Focusing on the automation of test cases to enhance efficiency. Sharing insights on test results and collaborating with your team effectively. Identifying, correcting bugs, and addressing any issues that arise. Utilizing your hands-on mobile testing experience for both Android and iOS platforms. Promoting scrum values such as involvement, focus, and openness while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate
At least 6 years of relevant experience in mobile test automation. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Sciences or IT, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Appium (Android/iOS), Selenium-Java, and BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin). Experience with creating comprehensive test plans, executing automated tests, and integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines. Strong familiarity with various technical skills, including Core Java, Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms. Sound knowledge of software testing standards (ISTQB) is preferred. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
