Responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts for both Android and iOS applications, ensuring high-quality releases through continuous integration and shift-left testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test cases using C#, Selenium, and Appium. Integrate tests into Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous testing. Utilize BrowserStack for cross-device test execution. Collaborate with developers to reuse product code and ensure consistent coding standards. Implement tests using Gherkin syntax (e.g., SpecFlow). Ensure traceability by tagging tests with ADO work item IDs. Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared test libraries.
Required Skills
Proficiency in C# and .NET. 3+ years with experience with Appium, Selenium, BrowserStack, and mobile test automation. Knowledge of Gherkin/SpecFlow for BDD-style test writing. Experience with iOS and Android testing. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and test management. Understanding of test pyramid and shift-left testing principles.
