Role Description A QA / Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through systematic testing. This role involves developing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
Identify, document, and track defects or issues using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with software developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure requirements are met.
Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with software quality standards and best practices.
Assist in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.

Qualifications
