The QA Engineer/Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Terranoha’s solutions by designing, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. This role involves identifying defects, verifying fixes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet both customer and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans based on product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Define test strategies for both manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. Identify, document, prioritize, and execute automated and manual test scenarios. Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential issues. Validate bug fixes and ensure all issues are resolved before release. Monitor and analyze test automation results to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Document, track, and prioritize bugs and issues using Jira or similar tools. Provide clear, concise, and actionable reports on test results, defect metrics, and release readiness.
Technical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create clear and understandable documentation. Fluent in English (written and verbal communication). Familiarity with AI and AI-powered tools to enhance personal productivity. Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools. Solid understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and best practices. Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins). Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and data formats (JSON, XML, etc.)
