Salary: 100% pa
Role & seniority: Integration & Test Engineer (I&T); mid-level to early-senior level, on-site in LA.
Stack/tools: Hardware, Software, Firmware integration; RF test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers); programming: Python, MATLAB, C++; lab and field testing; test plans, test benches/suites; collaboration with Lead Systems Engineer.
Support I&T to move product from assembly to deployment-ready state; conduct lab/field integration, verification, and testing.
Debug, trace, and correct faults in mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems; document test plans and procedures.
Develop efficient test plans, benches, and procedures; identify and configure required tools/equipment; collaborate with engineering teams to ensure coverage.
BS in STEM or equivalent work experience
Experience in a technical manufacturing/engineering role
I&T experience with complex systems
Familiarity with RF test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers)
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Systems Engineering experience with RF systems
Programming in Python, MATLAB, or C++
Experience in signal processing or data analysis
Location & work type: Los Angeles (Hawthorne), CA; on-site, 4–5 days/week; full-time.

Experience in a technical role: Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstration of Integration & Test experience: Experience conducting integration and test or troubleshooting technical issues on complex systems Familiarity with specific test equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) Systems testing, like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $220,000 The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
