Role & seniority: Test Engineer (RF/Microwave) with 3+ years of module and/or systems integration and test experience
Stack/tools: Electrical Engineering (B.S. or equivalent); programming in C#, Python, or C++; test equipment control via SCPI; knowledge of OO programming; RF/DS/RT testing tools (vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, RF/microwave components)
Plan and execute test tasks for RF/Microwave modules for commercial, military, and space markets
Interpret test requirements, write test plans, design test hardware and test software
Test and debug deliverable hardware, performing both RF and digital testing of modules
3+ years in module/systems integration and test
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
US citizenship; willingness to travel up to 10%
Ability to work with RF components and to program/control test equipment (SCPI); familiarity with vector network analyzers, spectrum/digital signal analyzers, power meters, etc.; security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred
Proficiency in C#, Python, or C++
Deeper RF know-how (amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, transceivers)
Experience with object-oriented programming and test automation
Location & work type: On-site roles in San Jose or Bay Area / New York City metro area; up to 10% travel; US citizenship required; security clearance may be needed

Salary range
$81,500.00 - $128,500.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $101,000.00- $152,000.00/ annually
