Architect & Build: Design and maintain a Java-based automation framework using OOP best practices
Scale Testing: Write and execute sophisticated automated test cases using Selenium and Cucumber within a Spring environment
Collaborate: Partner with development teams to identify "testability" gaps and prioritize automation opportunities early in the SDLC
Peer Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure automation scripts are as maintainable and scalable as the production code they test
Solve Problems: Troubleshoot complex logic issues and debug framework-level challenges
Strategic QA: Identify high-value candidates for automation and document test scenarios for complex workflows

We care most about your ability to write clean, logical code. You should consider yourself a Java Developer whose specialty is Quality Engineering.
Java Prowess: You must be able to comfortably demonstrate deep knowledge of Java (OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and logic)
Problem Solvers: Strong critical thinking and debugging skills are a must
U. S. Based: You must be located within the U.S.A. and authorized to work for any employer
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with a distributed team
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
4+ years of experience in software automation Experience building or contributing to an automation framework from scratch Familiarity with Data-Driven testing and complex XPath/CSS selectors Exposure to Spring Boot or the Spring Framework
Interview Process
Round 1: Intro + Technical Deep-Dive. A combined session to discuss the project followed by a rigorous technical interview focusing on Java coding, logic, and automation architecture
Round 2: Final Round (Optional). A follow-up to meet additional team members if needed
