Review, design, and guide improvements to automation frameworks using

• Provar (required)
• Playwright (preferred)
• API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)

CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins Ensure automation coverage supports regression, data validation, integrations, and key business processes. Salesforce Platform Expertise

Oversee testing across multiple Salesforce clouds, including

• Health Cloud (high priority)
• Data Cloud
• Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (as needed)

Ensure robust testing of

• Custom LWC components
• Platform automation (Flows, Apex, Integrations)
• MuleSoft or external integrations (if applicable)
• Compliance & Quality Governance

Ensure all testing activities comply with GxP, FDA expectations, and validated system processes. Maintain documentation required for audits, validation packages, and release signoff. Implement and enforce QA governance standards, templates, and best practices.

Team Development & Coaching

Mentor and coach team members as they transition into Quality Engineers with strong automation skills. Promote continuous learning, certification, and improvement in Salesforce and automation technologies. Provide leadership during complex project cycles, production releases, and escalation scenarios.

Experience

Required Qualifications

8+ years in QA or Quality Engineering, including 3+ years in a lead or manager capacity. Hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms (Health Cloud and Data Cloud strongly preferred). Proven leadership managing large teams (20+) across employees and contractors. Experience delivering in GxP-regulated and validated environments.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Provar for Salesforce automation (required).

Experience with

• API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
• Automation frameworks (design, scalability, code review)
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Playwright (preferred)
• Selenium (nice to have)
• Understanding of Salesforce data models, LWC testing, integrations, and configuration-level testing.
• Soft Skills

Strong communicator able to partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and UAT users. Ability to drive change and influence teams to adopt automation-first practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Admin or Salesforce QA-related certifications (preferred but not required) ISTQB certification Provar certification
