Job Description
The Reliability Testing Engineer will be a key contributor during the electronic product development process, focusing on ensuring the long-term reliability and quality of all electronic products.
Participate in the design review of electronic product development stage and lead the writing of reliability solutions in the project.
Responsible for the reliability design of electronic products, including reliability index decomposition, design, testing, and verification.
Responsible for reliability testing during the electronic product development phase, leading the establishment of internal reliability testing standards within the company.
Responsible for collaborating with R&D engineers to analyze various standards and customer requirements, and establishing a testing environment for reliability testing.
Responsible for developing internal and external testing plans for electronic development projects, assigning and executing tasks, and coordinating corresponding testing resources.
Responsible for building the company's electronic product reliability platform, sharing and promoting experience, and reviewing typical cases.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Industrial Control or related fields, with over 3 years of work experience and fluent English speaking skills.
Design Focus: Priority consideration will be given to those who possess the ability to design electronic products with positive reliability.
Product Knowledge: Have a certain understanding of automotive, industrial electrical appliances, mobile phones, and tablets, familiar with relevant application environments, and preferably have work experience in low-voltage electrical appliances.
Technical Expertise: Those with a deep understanding of reliability, safety regulations, and EMC, etc. are preferred.
Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to withstand pressure, emphasis on quality, interest in reliability, and good at learning.6. Teamwork Skills: Have good communication and coordination skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
