About The Role
We are partnering with a leading semiconductor manufacturer specializing in ultra-low power, low-voltage integrated circuits used across automotive, consumer, industrial, and wireless applications.
As a Senior Product / Test Engineer, you will play a critical role at the intersection of production, quality, and test engineering, ensuring robust, scalable, and cost-effective test solutions for high-volume IC products. This role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and embedded deeply in production and validation workflows.

Responsibilities
Support production by analyzing and resolving product-related non-conformance events, in collaboration with quality and development teams Ensure robustness of test solutions against production, quality, and reliability requirements Analyze test data (yield, escape rate, coverage) and drive corrective and preventive actions Contribute to cost-of-test reduction and test flow optimization initiatives Collaborate with offshore teams and OSAT partners for technical support, solution transfer, and capability building Define, maintain, and continuously improve test standards, development guidelines, and validation tools Train and mentor junior engineers and internal stakeholders on best practices in test and product engineering Support internal tool development, including automation, dashboards, and validation scripts Participate in technical reviews, quality audits, and root-cause / non-conformance analysis
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Test Engineering within the semiconductor industry Hands-on experience developing test programs on ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent) Strong scripting skills for automation and data analysis (Python, C++, JMP) Solid understanding of validation methodologies (MSA / GR&R, fault coverage, escape analysis) Ability to diagnose hardware-level issues using lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter) Experience collaborating closely with design and development teams Familiarity with automotive quality standards (AEC-Q100, PPAP, 8D) Proven experience working in multicultural, distributed environments, including offshore teams and OSATs Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with autonomy and strong ownership Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical work
