We are looking for an experienced Magento Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing on Magento front-end and back-end functionalities. Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, system, and UAT testing Conduct API/back-end testing (REST or SOAP APIs) to validate quote/order flows, product flows, data synchronization and backend logic Validate end-to-end integration flows between Magento and integrated systems CRM, ERP, etc., Report, track, and manage defects — collaborate with developers, product and integration team — ensure timely resolution and retesting. Hands‑on in SIT, UAT, and test ceremonies (planning, readiness, defect triage, go/no‑go, sign‑offs, etc.,). Work in an Agile environment, coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, integration engineers) to align releases and QA cycles. Collaborate with Performance Testing teams for stress and load testing Maintain test documentation — test cases, result reports, test coverage, and ensure QA deliverables meet quality standards.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Magento architecture, e‑commerce flows, and admin roles/permissions. Familiarity with functional testing methodologies and defect management. Strong understanding of various product types, user roles, and core features within the Magento platform. Understanding of API testing and integration points.
