Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for various projects. Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Ensure timely and effective communication of testing progress and issues to stakeholders. Utilize automation tools to streamline testing processes and reduce manual efforts. Monitor and report on testing metrics to track progress and identify areas for optimization. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing procedures. Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
