Role: Performance Testing engineer

Exp: 8+

Location: Pan India

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen).
• Monitor and analyze system performance using Datadog and other APM tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports, including root cause analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Define and validate performance benchmarks, SLAs, and capacity planning metrics.
• Leverage AWS services (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3) for cloud-based performance testing and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in performance testing with a strong focus on LoadRunner, cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages used in VuGen (e.g., C, JavaScript).
• Strong experience with Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, and other monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture, including compute, storage, and networking components.
• Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to other performance tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Neoload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with system architecture, databases, and distributed systems.

Salary: 1500000 - 2000000 INR Per annum
