Role & seniority: Sr. Reliability Test Engineer (Hardware)

Develop reliability test profiles and detailed accelerated lifecycle test plans
Lead execution of reliability tests and drive root cause analysis of failures
Collaborate with design/DFMEA teams, document results, and present findings to stakeholders
5+ years in reliability engineering
Experience with reliability calculations and test-profile development
Hands-on testing experience with PCBAs, battery, or thermal systems

This key team member will have ownership of developing reliability test profiles for various vehicle systems and hardware.
