Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with a passion for quality, automation, and building robust, scalable testing frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases using automation and CI/CD best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical Expertise

• Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks and tools across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Ensure tests are reliable, maintainable, and provide meaningful coverage.
• Design and integrate TDM services for synthetic and masked datasets and ensure tests are data agnostic
• Define and implement consumer-driven contract testing strategies and standards across microservices.
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming.
• Design and develop applications through the full SDLC in a DevOps environment. Create unit and integration tests.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.

Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your experience should demonstrate Minimum 7+ years of hands development experience in a .NET enterprise environment Experience with test automation and/or test platforms/frameworks Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Strong experience with C#, SQL, Entity Framework, .NET, .NET Core, Web API and other related technologies. Apply strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns to deliver clean, maintainable code. Worked in Agile with knowledge of Scrum processes. Familiarity with DevOps processes and strategies. Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git. Implementation lead experience in developing core components of a technical architecture including APIs. Good understanding of Test Data Management (TDM) strategies for synthetic and masked datasets. Good knowledge on consumer-driven contract testing strategies using Pact, including designing and maintaining contract schemas, managing Pact Broker for versioning and compatibility. Experience working with stakeholders to help define business requirements for systems based on outlined strategic technology platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
