Analyze as-is business/IT processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, redundancies, and automation opportunities
Facilitate stakeholder workshops; capture current-state requirements; develop future-state process models
Define and support implementation of process improvements and automation, including workflow designs and documentation
Bachelor’s degree
8–10+ years in business process engineering and automation
Experience in federal IT/operational environments
Strong facilitation, analysis, and stakeholder communication
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, Python
Experience with workflow automation tools
Familiarity with federal governance
