Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Python and Selenium Develop automated test scripts for web applications and microservices Implement and maintain BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber/Behave) Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines Perform API automation testing for microservices-based architectures Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to improve test coverage and product quality Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams for resolution Ensure best practices in test automation, coding standards, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python programming Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver Experience with automation frameworks and BDD tools Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.) Experience in API testing (RESTful services, Postman, pytest, etc.) Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, Gatling) Strong understanding of microservices architecture Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice To Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with test reporting and monitoring tools Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing approaches is a plus Preferred domains include automotive, healthcare, locomotive, web applications, AI technologies, etc.
