We are looking for a QA Engineer (Mid) to join our growing team in Vilnius. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's leading telematics solutions and become a true expert in your field.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We use the latest technologies to set new standards for the telematics industry.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans for our telematics products, with a primary focus on BLE beacons and sensors. Develop and implement automated tests for our devices' firmware, software, and hardware. Work closely with cross-functional teams to discover, document, and track firmware, software and hardware defects. Verify that products meet all technical requirements and specifications. Contribute to the improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
2-3 years of professional experience in software, firmware, or hardware testing. Experience in test automation (Python/C#/Selenium/Playwright/Appium/etc.). Good knowledge of testing processes and tools, especially in an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience writing clear and detailed test plans and test cases. Good spoken and written English and Lithuanian skills.
Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira. Knowledge of protocols and technologies such as Bluetooth, BLE, BLE sniffing, GATT, Mesh, MQTT, UART. Basic understanding of embedded systems and electronics. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple test executions and deliverables simultaneously. Salary We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (~ 2500 Eur— 3300 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses. *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
