Salary: €2,500 - €3,300 / month
Role & seniority: QA Engineer (2+ years experience) in Teltonika Telematics; embedded hardware/firmware testing focus.
Stack/tools: Embedded systems testing; Jira; Zephyr Scale; internal test automation tools; lab equipment (multimeter, power supply); protocols and technologies (BT, BLE, Mesh, MQTT, 2G/3G/LTE, GNSS, UART); Agile/Scrum environment.
Create detailed test scenarios/cases for embedded devices (firmware/hardware validation) and support related software tests.
Develop/execute test plans (regression, functional, integration, system, exploratory) and implement automated tests for firmware/hardware.
Analyze results, perform root-cause analysis, document defects, and collaborate with Product Managers/Developers to resolve issues; recreate real-world scenarios in lab environments.
2+ years in embedded systems, firmware, hardware or software testing
Experience with Jira/Zephyr Scale; writing clear test scenarios/cases; technical documentation
Familiarity with communication protocols (BT, BLE, Mesh, MQTT, 2G/3G/LTE, GNSS, UART)
English proficiency; Agile/Scrum experience; strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills for multiple test executions
IoT device testing experience; test tools/lab equipment experience
Electronics knowledge or degree; HW/FW/SW test automation experience
Category B driver’s license for field tests

You will join one of the teams and be responsible for validating embedded firmware, verifying hardware functionality, and ensuring that our devices meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance.
