Role & seniority: Hardware Validation Engineer, experienced (3–5 years with BS/4–? years with MS/PhD) in related fields; focus on Automotive Ethernet solutions.
Stack/tools: C/C++; test automation and tooling; bench testing equipment (oscilloscope, FPGA); software to control test platform; conformance testing; knowledge of Ethernet transceivers and IEEE 802.3.
Analyze technical specifications for critical implementation details.
Develop test plans and perform conformance testing on bench to verify standard compliance.
Debug bench issues and support design/implementation of the test platform; develop software tools and post-process conformance results.
Bachelor’s in CS, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or MS/PhD with relevant experience).
3–5 years (or 2–3 years with MS/PhD) in related work; strong English communication.
Experience with silicon bench testing and debugging; proficiency in C/C++; test equipment automation.
Ability to read technical specifications and manuals.
Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, FPGA usage).
Familiarity with Ethernet transceivers and IEEE 802.3 standards.
