Role & seniority: Lead/Manager level Software and Firmware Verification & Validation (V&V) lead for a global, multi-role team; 15+ years embedded SW/FW quality experience with ≥5 years in leadership.
Stack/tools: Windows/Linux/Android; Python; C/C++; automation/scripting (C, Shell/Bash, Python, PowerShell); CI/CD; SOC-focused tools and toolchains (GCC, LLVM, ARM-based); BIOS/UEFI and OS integration (x86/ARM64/RISC-V); AI-assisted validation tools.
Build, manage, and scale a global FW verification/validation organization; set quality milestones aligned to program needs.
Define/refine automation strategies to optimize CI/CD, manage the support pipeline, and improve release cadence and SLAs.
Risk management, reduce technical debt, ensure production stability, and act as quality interface between product software and customer engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/EE (or equal) with 15+ years embedded SW/FW quality experience; ≥5 years in leadership.
Proven cross-functional collaboration, clear requirements/problem statements, and tangible SW/FW deliverables.
Track record in automation, tooling integration, and CI/CD; experience with SOC-focused FW development and deployment; familiarity with C/C++, Python.
Experience with multiple toolchains (GCC/LLVM/ARM) and BIOS/UEFI, OS integration (x86/ARM64/RISC-V).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
4+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
