Role & seniority: Advanced Hardware Test Engineer (mid-to-senior level) within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies
Stack/tools: Advanced Test Systems (legacy and new); fault-troubleshooting, test methodologies; cross-functional collaboration (onsite and off-site teams)
Ensure functionality and performance of legacy and new advanced Test Systems supporting high-volume aerospace products
Troubleshoot issues, improve test methodologies, and present system health findings
Support production continuity by assisting internal customers and collaborating with engineering teams
Experience as an Advanced/Hardware Test Engineer in aerospace or related field
Strong troubleshooting and test-methodology development capabilities
Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with aerospace safety requirements or certification processes
Familiarity with production support and on/off-site collaboration
Aptitude for reporting and monitoring Test System health

You will collaborate with both onsite and off-site cross-functional engineering teams, troubleshoot issues and improve test methodologies, present findings about Test System's health status, and aid in production continuity by supporting internal customers. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes and systems, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge technology that enhances safety and performance in aerospace. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid (3/2) work schedule.
