Role & seniority: Advanced Hardware Test Engineer (mid–senior)
Stack/tools: Hardware test systems (legacy and new), cross-functional collaboration, issue troubleshooting, test methodology improvement, data/status reporting; experience with production support and aerospace safety standards
Ensure functionality and performance of advanced Test Systems for high-volume aerospace products
Troubleshoot issues, improve test methodologies, and present Test System health findings
Support production continuity by assisting internal customers and coordinating with on-site and off-site teams
Relevant experience as an Advanced Test Engineer in hardware/test environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate findings and health status to stakeholders
Collaboration across cross-functional engineering teams
Experience with aerospace safety standards and test processes
Familiarity with legacy and new test-system integration
Prior exposure to production support in a high-volume environment

You will collaborate with both onsite and off-site cross-functional engineering teams, troubleshoot issues and improve test methodologies, present findings about Test System's health status, and aid in production continuity by supporting internal customers. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes and systems, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge technology that enhances safety and performance in aerospace. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid (3/2) work schedule.
