Technical Communication: Documenting, tracking, and clearly presenting technical issues, test results, and corrective actions to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 or more years of experience in hardware integration, testing, or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and environmental test chambers.
• Strong ability to read schematics and troubleshoot circuit card assemblies (CCAs).
• Experience testing or integrating complex hardware and system-level products.
• Proven ability to document, track, and present technical findings and test results.
• Ability to manage multiple test efforts concurrently and provide accurate development estimates.
• Knowledge of Linux environments is a plus.
• Applicants must currently hold an active U.S. security clearance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, Innoflight offers a well-rounded compensation package that includes a Profit-Sharing Bonus and a Cash Performance Bonus to reward both individual and company performance.
