About UL Solutions’ Wireless Testing Technician Seasonal Role Join UL’s industry-leading wireless testing labs for a hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment. You’ll work alongside experts in Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), Radio Frequency (RF), or Millimeter Wave (mmWave) testing, contributing to the evaluation of cutting-edge wireless devices. UL Solutions labs are known for their innovative equipment design and rigorous quality standards. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in wireless technology testing while collaborating with a passionate team. Seasonal Shifts & Schedules SAR Testing (May – August) Automated robot-assisted testing of wireless devices.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week

1st Shift: 6am–6pm

2nd Shift: 6pm–6am RF Testing (May – August) Hands-on testing using state-of-the-art RF equipment across various technologies.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5 days/week

1st Shift: 4:30am–4:30pm

2nd Shift: 4:30pm–4:30am mmWave Testing (April 6th – August) Radiated wireless testing using hardware/software automation.

Training Period (4–6 weeks): Flexible shifts (8am–12pm, 1–5pm, or 5–9pm)

Peak Season: 12-hour shifts, 3–4 days/week

1st Shift: 4:30am–4:30pm

2nd Shift: 4:30pm–4:30am
