Experience: Minimum 4 years in performance testing. Must-have skills: Hands-on experience with JMeter for designing, executing, and analysing performance tests. Practical knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes for monitoring test environments. Familiarity with telecom processes, systems, and KPIs relevant to performance testing. Ability to integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and use monitoring/reporting solutions (e.g., Grafana, InfluxDB). Strong teamwork and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly. Good-to-have skills: Understanding of Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, AppDynamics. Familiarity with Unix Shell, Python scripting, SQL queries, and databases. Experience with Jira and Confluence for test management. Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Commitment to quality with a methodical approach to work. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
