We are looking for a skilled Software Tester with expertise in Manual and Automation Testing for Web and Mobile Applications.
The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the team.
You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.
The ideal candidate should have experience in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
Experience in Game Testing will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. Perform manual testing and automate test cases using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools. Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Bugzilla, or other defect-tracking tools. Conduct functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Execute and analyze test results, identifying root causes of issues. Contribute to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for web and mobile apps. If applicable, test games for functionality, performance, and user experience. Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and other testing-related documentation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail Support team on troubleshooting for complex scenarios, suggest and amend framework to handle challenges Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software testing for web and mobile applications. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with manual testing techniques and test case creation. Experience with manual testing techniques and test case creation for at least 2 years. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG. Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Familiarity with defect-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail. Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Have
Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) will be an added advantage. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) . Experience in Game Testing (Mobile or PC) is a big plus. Experience in AR/VR or Unity game testing is a plus.
