Role & seniority: QA/Test Engineer within the Testing capability (senior-level)
Stack/tools: AWS (SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, API Gateway); TypeScript; API automated testing frameworks; API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, Insomnia); Agile delivery practices; exposure to Python/JavaScript (nice-to-have)
Provide day-to-day testing support for a platform delivering end-user notification services; represent testing across the delivery lifecycle
Define and execute test approaches; establish and maintain automated testing frameworks within CI/CD; contribute to quality culture
Lead investigation of issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams; collaborate with engineering to improve practices (pairing, code/docs reviews)
Hands-on AWS experience (SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, API Gateway)
TypeScript programming; API automated testing experience; experience with API testing tools (Postman/Bruno/Insomnia)
Background in multi-discipline Agile team

Provide day-to-day testing support for a platform team delivering notification services to end users Represent testing throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through estimation and release, promoting a culture of quality within the team Collaborate with engineering peers to improve development practices, including pairing, code and documentation reviews, and continuous delivery Define and execute appropriate test approaches based on product and audience needs Establish and contribute to automated testing frameworks, including writing and maintaining automated tests within continuous deployment pipelines Lead investigation and troubleshooting of issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolution with relevant teams
