Role & seniority: Quality Engineer / Test Automation Engineer (mid–senior), focus on API testing and test automation within an EU work-permitted scope
Stack/tools: AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch); API testing with Postman/Bruno/Insomnia; TypeScript (primary), Java (support); BDD/Gherkin; GitHub; CI/CD (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions); test frameworks; Jira (nice-to-have); Gatling (nice-to-have)
Understand requirements, raise clarifying questions, design and implement test approaches for functional and non-functional needs
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency; execute tests and troubleshoot critical bugs
Collaborate with Agile team to deliver products to specification; communicate status and results to stakeholders; uphold code quality and testing standards
2+ years API test automation experience in TypeScript; basic Java experience
Experience writing automated tests with BDD/Gherkin
