About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer passionate about software quality and test automation. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Managers, and the engineering team to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards through efficient automated testing. Your expertise in software engineering will be essential in designing and implementing automated tests that detect bugs early in the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive validation testing prior to product releases, playing a key role in shaping our test automation strategy and reducing reliance on manual testing processes. Given that many of our products are SaMD medical devices, your work will contribute to ensuring product safety, regulatory compliance, and high reliability, ultimately supporting patient safety and clinician confidence. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software test automation or software engineering in testing Hands-on verification and validation (V&V) experience, particularly in regulated environments Proficiency in programming automated tests using Python, C#, Java, or similar languages Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Katalon, Ranorex, WinAppDriver, FlaUI, SmartBear TestComplete, Cypress Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented approach to documenting test plans, cases, and results Responsibilities Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks from scratch, identifying manual testing areas suitable for automation Create and maintain automated test scripts for regression, functional, and UI testing scenarios Coordinate with Product teams to incorporate testing considerations from requirements through to release Develop and execute automated tests for each product version using languages such as Python, C#, or Java Troubleshoot and debug test failures, working with engineering and product teams to identify root causes Integrate customer-reported issues into automated testing coverage to improve product robustness Generate detailed documentation for test plans, test cases, and automated test results Evaluate, select, and maintain automation tools, scripts, and dashboards to optimize QA efficiency Create and manage controlled test environments to ensure early issue detection and reliable deployment Collaborate with Regulatory and Product teams to document verification and validation activities for compliance purposes Benefits Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $160,000 USD, commensurate with experience and location Multiple high-quality medical insurance plans with substantial employer contributions, often covering full premiums Health coverage starting on day one, including short- and long-term disability and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with immediate employer matching Annual reimbursement for professional development and training opportunities Self-managed PTO, 10 paid holidays, monthly internet stipend, and home office setup allowance Fully remote work environment with virtual team events and annual retreats Equal Opportunity Radformation is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
