You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product verification in a regulated environment—ensuring safety and compliance while also driving smarter, faster, and more adaptive workflows. Collaborate Across Functions: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate tools that improve efficiency and knowledge sharing. Support Intelligent Decision-Making: Generate insights through data to inform prioritisation and highlight potential issues. Contribute to Process and Continuous Improvements: Support initiatives that streamline V&V activities, reducing manual effort, improve accuracy, compliance and effectiveness. Use AI in V&V Workflows: Apply AI tools within existing verification and validation processes to improve test coverage, defect detection, and requirements traceability. Utilise Data & Automation: Apply automation and data-driven methods to improve traceability, risk analysis, and documentation quality. Maintain Documentation: Prepare and update V&V records, test evidence, and supporting materials for regulatory compliance. Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. 3–5 years of experience in Verification & Validation, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline in a regulated industry.
